Terms & Conditions :
•
Wherever quoted ++, rates are subject to additional 10% service charge and 5% government tax and wherever rates quoted nett, rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•
Extra bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM75.00 nett per bed per night with One breakfast.
•
Breakfast for children(age 4 to 12 years old) is chargeable at RM13.80 nett per child.
•
Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•
Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•
Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Baby Cot are provided free-of-charge.

Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
- After 6pm - one day's rate imposed

Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
 
CHILD POLICY
There is no room charge for a maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age, sharing room with parents using the existing beddings.
 
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
 
Normal Period
A one night cancellation charge for each room not taken up or cancelled shall be imposed on guest if cancellation made less than 72 hours prior to check in date.
 
 
Peak Period
A one night cancellation charge for each room not taken up or cancelled shall be imposed on guest if cancellation made less than 8 days prior to check in date.
 
NO SHOW
In the event of NO SHOW a full length of the total rooms reserved shall be charged to the guest.
